4. Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid license and insured vehicle.
• Provide safe, punctual, and professional service.
• Follow traffic laws and company standards.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after driver assignment.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

• ReadyCab UK is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
• We are not liable for loss of personal belongings during rides.

7. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• Misuse the service for unlawful activities.
• Provide false booking details.
• Harass or endanger drivers.
